Marija Tonevska has been working in the trucking industry for almost a decade. Her experience in the industry is top to bottom from fuel cards, factoring, equipment sales, administrative, accounting, safety and compliance and everything in between. She utilizes her bachelor’s degree in Law as well as her master’s studies for International Law in order to make the most precise decisions for the clients she works with.
Customer Service and communication are a couple of the strongest traits Marija possesses, which is what led her to the decision to establish a company in which they are the sole focus. It is her passion to be able to guide small to medium sized trucking companies in their growth. During her career, Marija has experienced a lot of ups and downs within the industry, which is what she attributes her strength in wisdom from. She is multi-lingual, with professional proficiency in English, Spanish, Italian, Macedonian as well as current studies in Russian. She is passionate about studying languages and different cultures. This allows her to be able to understand all her clients and their background. After all, the best way to communicate with a client is in their native language.
Marija is someone who enjoys challenging herself. She constantly enrolls in different courses in order to expand her knowledge and promote her mindset to grow. She believes we learn until we die. She is open-minded and always seeks new challenges. In her experience, she believes that information learned but not shared with others is wasted knowledge. Anja Tomic moved to the United States 5 years ago and immediately established herself in the trucking industry. The industry peaked her interest due to its broad spectrum and it being a huge factor driving the American economy. She dug in deep and planted her roots in order to study its entirety to the fullest. Anja’s experience led her to Safety and Compliance as it’s the most tedious portion of the industry. She naturally gravitated towards the sector that would be the most challenging and crucial to a company’s success.
Anja was fortunate in her career to have also learned from some great mentors. These people in her tenure helped her learn and operate through even the toughest of markets and economies.
Anja came to the decision to establish her own company because she realized that the knowledge, she possessed was crucial to success amongst small to medium sized trucking companies. She understood that these establishments often struggle due to lack of experience in this sector of the industry. She knew she could change the statistic of companies that went out of business and have a huge impact on the growth of the companies in this section as well. The trucking industry is very tricky which can have one small mistake force a company to close their doors. With what she has learned in her career in the trucking industry, she knows where she can have a big impact. With her studies, she learned and implemented, precise dedication and discipline within all areas of her life. She loves training, sports and anything that challenges her to utilize these skills.
